André Clouet ist ein kleines Familienunternehmen in der Champagne mit langer Tradition. Unter der Führung von Jean François Clouet werden hier aktuell nur etwa 100.000 Flaschen pro Jahr erzeugt. Der Schatz der Familie sind erstklassige Grand Cru Lagen rund um Bouzy, auf denen der Pinot Noir seinen schönsten Ausdruck zeigt. Einzelne Chargen der Grundweine erfahren Ihre alkoholische ud malolaktische Gärung in gebrauchten Barriques. Seit Jahren bereits einer der allerbesten Non-Vintage Champagner, der viele große Marken locker in die Tasche steckt.
